When will my order ship?
In-stock orders are normally processed within 3 business days. An item clearly offered on backorder or preorder may require up to 20 business days before shipment.
How much is shipping?
Continental U.S. orders of $65 or more ship free. Orders under $65 are $7.99 to NY, NJ and CT, and $10.99 to other supported continental states.
Can I return an item?
Eligible unused and unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers pay return shipping for non-quality returns. Review the full return policy before purchase.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Email us with your order number and clear photos. If we confirm a quality or fulfillment issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, return label or refund.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is completed on Stripe's secure checkout page. Matchmate does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Are the pet accessories collars?
No. Matchmate pet bandanas and necklaces are decorative accessories for supervised wear only. They are not collars, restraints or leash attachments.
