Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or international addresses.
Processing time
In-stock orders are normally prepared within 3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Backordered items: If we explicitly offer an item on backorder or preorder, processing may take up to 20 business days. This longer timing will be disclosed before purchase. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you and provide the option to cancel for a refund.
Shipping rates
- Orders of $65 or more: free continental U.S. shipping.
- New York, New Jersey and Connecticut orders under $65: $7.99.
- Other continental U.S. orders under $65: $10.99.
Applicable shipping charges are displayed before payment.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used for the order. Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays or other events outside our control.
Address changes and delivery issues
Email info@matchmatepets.com as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing. For a damaged, missing or incorrectly delivered package, contact us with your order number and relevant photos so we can review the issue.
